How does your process work?

Choose your service from one of our four available packages by hitting the “Order Now” button. Once you complete the onboarding questionnaire and upload your old resume, your writer gets started. 
      The typical turnaround time for the first draft is 4 business days or less. If you need your resume sooner or are on a tight application deadline, please contact our support team at support@resumeble.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We typically do not charge more for faster delivery.

Our free resume review is a quick, no-pressure way to get expert feedback on your current resume. We look at things like grammar, formatting, keyword use, overall presentation, and whether your accomplishments are clearly measurable.
      You'll get a personalized score and comments from one of our specialists, usually within 36 to 48 hours of uploading. We have an actual human analyst review each resume. It’s a simple way to see how your resume stacks up and what could be improved.

        Professional – $297. Adds a customized LinkedIn profile, unlimited revisions, and our interview guarantee.
        Premium – $397. Includes everything in the Professional package, plus a backup resume, additional career letters (thank-you, follow-up, cold outreach), and your resume is handled by one of our top 25 writers.
        Executive Pro – $597. Our most comprehensive package: includes a phone consultation, job guarantee, and one of our top 5 writers assigned to your project.

      Executive Pro – Our most comprehensive option: everything in Premium, plus a 1-on-1 phone consultation, a job offer guarantee, and a selection of our 5 most skilled writers working on your resume.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do offer a money-back guarantee as part of our Executive Pro package, which
also comes with a job guarantee, phone consultation, and our top-tier writers. For other
packages, we’re committed to working closely with you through revisions to make sure
you’re fully satisfied with the results. Your success is our priority, and we’re here to
support you every step of the way.

How do your interview and job offer guarantees work?

Accepted Answer

The Interview Guarantee (included with our Professional and Premium packages)
means that if you don’t receive any interview invites within 60 days of order completion,
we’ll rewrite your documents at no additional cost. We will do this as many times as
necessary until we get you to your call-back.
The Job Guarantee (comes with the Executive Pro package) allows you to request a
rewrite or refund if you haven’t landed a job within 6 months from the order completion
date.

What is your refund policy?

For our Executive Pro package, we include a job offer guarantee: if you don’t receive a
job offer within six months of your order being completed, you are eligible for a full
refund or a rewrite with another writer.
For all other packages, sales are final, but our support doesn’t end when we deliver
your documents. As part of our interview guarantee, we’ll keep revising your resume
until you start landing interviews. And if things still aren’t clicking, we’re happy to match
you with a different writer. Sometimes a new perspective is all it takes. We know your
career goals are personal, and we do our best to treat them with the care they deserve.

What information will you need from me to get started?

To get started, we’ll need a few key pieces of information from you:
      
        Your current resume: if you have one, uploading your most recent resume helps us
understand your background and experience.
        Your LinkedIn profile: sharing your LinkedIn URL gives your writer a broader view of
your professional story, especially if your package includes a LinkedIn makeover.
        Sample job posting(s): providing a few roles you're interested in helps us tailor your
resume to real opportunities.
        Your industry or career field: this allows us to match you with a writer who has
experience in your specific area.
      
      All the information you provide is kept strictly confidential. We never share your data
with unauthorized third parties. Your privacy is important to us, and we handle your
details with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Can I choose my resume writer?

You can’t choose your writer directly at checkout, but we take great care in matching
you with someone who has the right experience for your industry, career level, and
goals.
If you were referred by a past client and have a specific writer in mind, though, just let
us know. We’re happy to accommodate requests, and in most cases (about 90%), we’re
able to assign the writer you asked for, as long as they have availability. And if at any
point you feel the match isn’t quite right, you can always request a different writer. We’re
here to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout the process.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All card payments are processed securely
through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment platforms. Your credit card
details are never stored on our servers, and every transaction is fully encrypted to

How long will it take to complete my resume?

Our writers follow a strict service standard and deliver the first draft within 4 business
days, regardless of the package or project type. We typically allow 2 to 3 days for any
follow-up revisions. On average, a full order is completed in 6 to 7 business days.
If you're on a tight timeline, just let us know - we completely understand and are happy
to expedite your order at no extra cost whenever possible.

How will I communicate with my writer?

After placing your order, you’ll be able to communicate directly with your writer through
our built-in messaging system in your Resumeble account. It’s a simple and secure way
to share details, ask questions, and stay in touch throughout the process. If you choose
the Executive Pro package, your experience includes a 30-minute voice call with your
writer via Zoom or phone, giving you the chance to discuss your goals in more depth
before the writing begins or to discuss changes and edits during the process.

How many revisions are included?

Our Standard package includes 3 rounds of free revisions; all other packages come with
unlimited revisions. That means your writer will continue working with you until you’re
completely happy with the final result. Just a quick note: revisions cover updates and
improvements to your resume, but they don’t include tailoring your resume to an
unlimited number of different job postings or industries. We’re always happy to make
sure your core resume is polished, professional, and ready to make an impact.

What if I need changes later?

If you need changes to your resume and it’s still part of your ongoing job search, we’re
happy to help. Just reach out within 6 months of your order being completed, and we’ll
reopen your project at no extra cost. If you've already landed a job or it's been more
than 6 months, we can still support your next step. As a returning customer, you’ll
receive 30% off a new resume rewrite tailored to your updated goals.
